The founder, Melvin Harwitz, started to put the law into practice more than 50 years ago, dealing with labor compensation cases. He later joined up with another worker compensation lawyer. The company was renamed in 2015 and is now Hurwitz, Whitcher & If you don't want to use the Moloy, LLP.
