James" &a;#34; Quinn Oricchio is a detective and the founder of a private business in Buffalo. After graduating from law school at Buffalo State University in 2000, James served as an assistant district attorney at Monroe County, and then as a local prosecutor at Erie County in New York. Later, he was appointed Special Assistant Prosecutor of the United States and Assistant Prosecutor of the U.S. Department of Public Prosecutors' Office in Western New York. In 2009, he founded his private business, James Quinn Auricio (ESQ).
James is recognized for his work as a prosecutor and a detective lawyer. He is a lecturer at Assigned Counsel Program and lecturer at both Buffalo Medical School and Erie Institute of Law.
