Worker compensation attorney! I sent them an email about my situation. I didn't know at this time whether it really was necessary to talk to my lawyer. Within 3:04 minutes, I received a call from Rufus Williams, a lawyer at the company. He listened to my explanation, asked a few questions and said their company would help me.

He made a convenient promise to me. At the appointment he explained in detail in a very cordial and kind manner. He had me understand the process and I was very satisfied with his service.

I signed several papers and brought a new coffee mug and T-shirt for a new customer. He is professional, kind and kind.

C&A;F has been handling my case for over a year and a half. I have only a wonderful experience with Brian Uhmaher. He always has my needs and the things that interest me most! Don't trust others!
Important Updates - In the last few weeks, my problem has not been resolved, and the level of treatment, response, communication, and trust has decreased significantly. I'm not completely done with my practice so far, but seriously thinking about my options.

If a major review is made based on the initial schedule, serious lawyers may be required for those who are seriously injured to choose this law firm.

Do not do this.  Jimmy H. Law Firm should be aware of corruption and misconduct in the absence of representation of its customers. They negotiate illegally with the other lawyer and get a settlement in the course of their duties. If you have serious injuries, what do you think about this law firm two years later?

Wounded workers need to know:  Always do your homework.  The choice of a WC attorney is the most important decision you make.  If a serious injury occurs, you can see that this corrupt working-compensation state is literally in the streets with no income and no prospects of recovery.  New York City, in partnership with its insurance companies, will limit its recovery to $500 a week (a little bit more in recent injuries) and suffer economically because the period of a 10-year pay cut (not near the original salary) is limited.  In other words, if you are injured, you will be hit if you are really in a dangerous place and you do not seriously examine the entire compensation code of the worker to understand your rights.
