A West Virginia woman was charged in the deaths of two young children after investigators said several drugs were found in their systems, according to court records.

Olivia Denise Moore, 30, is facing two counts of child neglect causing death stemming from an incident in February where 2-year-old twins were found dead, according to a criminal complaint filed in Raleigh County Magistrate Court.

Troopers said they were called to the home, where the children were found unresponsive on a couch and were unable to be resuscitated.

Investigators said they later received death certificates for the children that listed several drugs in their systems, including fentanyl, the complaint said.

Moore was taken into custody and charged Tuesday following an additional interview with troopers. She is being held on a $500,000 bond.
