Jamestown man accused of killing 16-month-old

Matthew Nuttall, 26, is accused of… Matthew Nuttall, a 26-year-old Jamestown man, is accused of killing a 16-month-old child by throwing him into a playpen on April 13. The child, Isaac Benton, was killed while Nuttall was watching him at the time. Police were notified of the incident two days later and he was taken into custody on April 17. He is charged with first-degree manslaughter and second degree manslaughter. Nuttall will return to court in July.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Jamestown man has been accused of killing a 16 month old in April, the Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
