I called and the woman who called back was very rude and mean. I answered the phone, but she said this is VLP to return the phone to you. Good morning. When she was well, her mother said she would be of any help to her. I'm talking to her who said, I'm too busy, you call here, I'm trying to find out why. You said you couldn't say hello even if you called? Then I told her why I called, but I didn't know they could help. I called the director and listened to him. He had no choice but to give them advice and gave me some ideas. I told him about the woman, but he didn't apologize. I think the lawyer will be of use, but the bulldog that receives the call must go.

After asking questions about legal issues, I called on this project.  The woman who called me back felt very rude, separated me, no time for me, no time to care for me.  This is a volunteer service, which I think will take time, but I think even low-income people who need legal assistance should be treated with respect and understanding, especially for those who have gone through difficult times.
